Our Urban Core Properties team is the best in the business! Our team leads have extensive experience in real estate, property management and building care. Our team has customer service as our primary goal, from setting up showings, to finding you the best fit apartment, to setting up your Resident Portal, to handling maintenance issues and addressing any questions you may have. At Urban Core Properties, we believe we are the One-Stop-Shop experience and we aim to excel and exceed your experience renting in St. Pete! We pride ourselves on paying attention to details and taking care of you.
A beach-loving migrant from Ohio with 28 years of Sales and Customer Service experience managing large-volume contact centers. I started working in Florida property management in 2018 as a leasing agent and quickly fell in love with the industry. I have worked the last 6 years to increase my skill set including being a Licensed Community Association Manager, combined with my years of customer service and sales experience, I strive to ensure that my team and I give our residents and prospects a personalized and dynamic rental experience from beginning to end.
Vinny is an established professional with over 30 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor. Originally from Long Island, he has lived in Florida for the past 30 years. He is an incredible asset to our team, he is organized, a strong leader, and always hands-on when it comes to getting work done. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his five children.

With 15 years of experience living in St. Petersburg, Caitlin has a deep appreciation for the city's charm, especially its historic homes and vibrant downtown. She’s passionate about exploring the ever-evolving local scene, from discovering new restaurants to supporting local businesses and events. As a mom, Caitlin values community, connection, and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally. Her enthusiasm for St. Pete shines through in everything she does, and she loves helping others experience the unique energy of this beautiful city.
Nicole has been an integral member of the team since the inception of Urban Core Properties. With extensive expertise in the leasing industry and a deep understanding of the St. Petersburg area, she is a valuable resource for both clients and colleagues alike. Nicole is committed to delivering exceptional service throughout the leasing process, always striving to match each client with the ideal apartment that meets their unique needs and preferences. Reilly has called St. Petersburg home for more than 20 years and loves the unique artistic energy and close-knit community that defines downtown. As the Administrative Assistant at Urban Core Properties, she brings a strong background in the service industry and a true passion for supporting residents, owners, and her team with warmth and professionalism.
