No, unfortunately we cannot hold an apartment before you apply.

Our security deposit amounts can fluctuate periodically, and we frequently offer special move-in promotions. Generally, we require the first month's rent along with a security deposit. Please note that a refurbishing fee of $299 will be deducted from your security deposit after move-out to help cover the costs of preparing the unit for new residents. Be sure to give us a call to inquire about our current specials and promotions!

You must be 18 years of age.

There is a portion of the Security Deposit that is non refundable. The refunded portion will also depend on the condition you return the apartment in.

Please call our office if you feel you need a co-signer and we will review our policy with you.

We offer a variety of payment methods but suggest all residents pay electroncially through our Rent Manager Software.

We are very pet friendly! But we do have restrictions on pet type (no exotic pets), pet limit, and breed. We do charge a non refundable deposit per pet and monthly pet fees. Call for details.

If you even need any type of changes to your living situation, please contact our office and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Just let our office know of your intentions, either to stay or to vacate your apartment.

In general, we do rely on you for reporting maintenance issues in your unit, we will repair them for you and you will not be charged, unless there is evidence of intent/damage.
